Apprenticeship Programme

Boulting Group prides itself in its Apprenticeship programme.  We constantly recruit both electrical and mechanical Apprentices. 

• Electrical and Instrumentation Apprentices are managed under the JIB Advanced Modern Apprenticeship programme
• Mechanical Apprenticeships managed under the ECITB programme

 Training consists of:

• On site experience
• Quality training
• Day release to college
• Continued support
• Career development opportunities - number of employees have worked through the Apprentice Scheme and have progressed to higher levels within the organisation

All Apprentices are retained upon successful completion of their Apprenticeship.
