Boulting Group had two clients on the project and were contracted to manufacture and install MCC panels, Plc Panels and cabling.

Scope of Work

Project Management, Survey, Design, Build, Test, Installation, Commissioning.  Boulting Group installed all containment and supports, E&I cabling, fitted instruments and main panels.  Glanded, terminated and tested all cables.  Boulting panel division manufactured and installed the main MCC panels. Boulting Technology completed the works on the PLC panel.

4c x 400mm Mains, 4c x 120mmm sub mains to Multicore cable 19c to 7c, instrument cable 2pr screened and overall screened. The full range of cable sizes were utilised as per the cable schedules. Installation of some specialist high temperature cable.

Total cable length installed

Client 1 = Approximately 31,000 metres

Client 2 = Approximately 9,000 metres
