Contract Scope:
A new mixing process was required for the manufacture of flavoured fondant centres for milk chocolates, involving mixing the ingredients, processing, shaping and drying.
The project carried out by the Boulting Group makes full use of industrial networks, vastly reducing the need for discrete I/O and its associated cabling.
