Contract Scope:
The Boulting Group undertook the design, installation and commissioning of the control systems for a new milk-processing plant.
Bus technologies included ASI bus, Profibus PA and DP and Ethernet in copper and fibre.
The electrical and pneumatic installation included:
- Stainless-steel containment infrastructure
- Power-cable installation
- Control-cable installation
- Optical-fibre cable installation
- Air-tube installation
Welded stainless-steel trunking and conduit systems were provided in processing areas to meet the required standards for hygiene and cleaning.
