Contract Scope:

The project required new aeration lanes, settlement and sludge tanks, pumping stations and CSO modifications.

A new MCC with PLC was provided, interfacing to the existing PLCs over a DH+ network. A new de-waterer PLC and HMI was also provided on this network.

A new SCADA system was provided for both the new and existing plant, with UPS backup. Visualisation was with a Rockwell RSView 32 client/server SCADA solution, with one client. The interface to the telemetry system was via a modbus link.
