We have the equipment to machine, grind and hone casings and components to the highest standards and accuracies required. Our machinists have a pride and passion in their work and provide clients with workmanship of the highest quality.
Replacement cylinder blocks
If you require replacement cylinder blocks or cylinder re-lining, we can help. We are able to reverse engineer complete casings, including making patterns and complete machining of the raw casting. We are also able to bore and reline cylinder bores. Original material certificates, NDT, hydrostatic testing, reports and certification can be supplied. We can restore your compressor to 'as new'.
Shutdown support
There may be times when it is more cost and time effective to return compressors or components to our workshop. While our site compressor engineers are working, we have engineers in-house that provide emergency machining and refurbishment support. We have a well organised and coordinated support team to ensure minimum plant shutdown.
