Our fabrication competencies include operational and process systems, the ability to carry out all welding procedures, and module and skid fabrication. In addition, we offer extensive design and project management skills backed by decades of experience.
Our mechanical services and fabrication facility
Our mechanical services and fabrication facility is based at Pocket Nook, St Helens, close to the M62 and the A580; this close proximity to the UK motorway network enables us to offer high levels of accessibility and flexibility.
The site extends over 9,000m² , with 2,700m² of covered manufacturing space subdivided into three bays with an eaves height of 8.5m, benefiting from being extensively served by two 10-tonne and one 3-tonne overhead cranes. Access to the fabrication shop is via two full-height loading doors, positioned to allow the shop-smooth throughput of production. Additionally, the site offers 400m² of office accommodation over two floors. Externally, there is a further 5,900m² of service/lay-down area, plus car parking, all secured by perimeter fencing.
