Boulting Group Celebrate another quality performance

20/9/2011

It was recently reported that Boulting Technology had a achieved a major quality milestone when the LRQA concluded its Bi-Annual Assessment of ISO9001 QMS accreditation with "no findings" and "no areas for management attention".

The return visit concluded with an equally impressive outcome, leaving the Technology team celebrating once again.  On the 6th September the LRQA finalised its follow up visit with no "non conformances"

Steve Armstrong, Group QMS Manager, commented: "This is another very positive result for the Technology team and demonstrates their continued commitment to achieving the highest quality standards."

And it seems that this committment is quality is wide spread across Boulting Group.

Early in September the LRQA also completed ISO9001 QMS Assessment visits to the Invista and AstraZeneca Macclesfield sites, focussing on the Facilities Management operations, and concluded the inspection with a first-class result.

The LRQA lead assessor was very pleased with the quality performance at each site and was happy to report no Major or Minor Non-Conformances.

As a result of this excellent outcome, Boulting Facilities Management can lay claim to a significant achievement in ISO9001 QMS, especially as the team had only received the ISO accreditation twelve months ago.

LRQA will will return again in six months time and are likely to visit other FM operations and sites to ensure that the quality standards are being maintained.

Continuous improvement of the QMS procedures and processes clearly remains a top priority across all Boulting Group activities.
