Investor in People Accreditation Achieved

An independent review undertaken by Investor in People (IIP) has once again recognised Boulting Group as an organisation committed to people development. This 3 yearly assessment, measures performance against standards set by IIP, a nationally recognised accreditation within the UK, and awards companies that engage in good working practices, with excellent client service and continued personal and professional development.
Boulting Group employs around 900 people across 10 UK offices and numerous site offices. The assessor measured the responses of 48 individuals and was satisfied beyond any doubt that Boulting Group continues to meet the requirements of the Investors in People Standard. Criteria were assessed in relation to communication, management and supervisory grade development and performance management.
Having grown substantially in terms of size and structure over the preceding years, Boulting Group has proven that effective people management and development are high on the list of priorities. The dedicated Human Resources Team with their ethos ‘Plan, Do, Review' were commended for their work in actively promoting initiatives across the group at all levels.
