Pump Centre Conference & Exhibition 2009
On 2nd June the Pump Centre Conference and Exhibition was the main technical showcase of the year for the water industry, and is rapidly gaining a reputation as a source of technical excellence in other industries.
Brian Conway (Director - Pump Management), presented a technical paper entitled "Pump and System Optimisation". The presentation was informative and thought provoking. It included an account of its implementation within a £5m Design and Build project completed in 2008. The presentation was well received by the 300+ seminar attendees.
In conjunction with the Conference, the exhibition gave delegates the opportunity to see the products and services suppliers had on offer. Boulting Group displayed a number of its products and services, showing its wide ranging capabilities in providing a single source for total project delivery of a wide range of systems.

One of the highlights of the exhibition was the introduction of the new "Pump System Analyser" software which has been developed by Boulting Group to continually assess and optimise all aspects of a pump system. The software can be incorporated in to PLC as control software or can be used as a visual prompt for manual operation.
