Gen-Probe Expands European Operations in Manchester

Gen-Probe Incorporated (NASDAQ:GPRO) has chosen Manchester to substantially expand its European operations and help grow its international business. It will be expanding its footprint in Wythenshawe, Manchester from 11,000 sg ft to 60,000 sg ft.
Boulting Environmental Services has been awarded the contract to carry out refurbishment of Innovation House in Wythenshawe with support from the Electrical and Instrumentation department. The construction will be split into 2 phases with final completion scheduled for the end of 2011.
