Apprenticeship programme
Boulting Group prides itself in its Apprenticeship programme. We constantly recruit both electrical and mechanical Apprentices.
- Electrical and Instrumentation Apprentices are managed under the JIB Advanced Modern Apprenticeship programme
- Mechanical Apprenticeships managed under the ECITB programme
Training consists of:
- On site experience
- Quality training
- Day release to college
- Continued support
- Career development opportunities - number of employees have worked through the Apprentice Scheme and have progressed to higher levels within the organisation
All Apprentices are retained upon successful completion of their Apprenticeship.
