Training and Development at the Boulting Group
Training and development are essential to us. This is how the Boulting Group is able to attain the greatest standards of engineering excellence in our products and services, to maintain the highest levels of safety, to achieve greatest adherence to quality standards, and to make being at work as enjoyable as possible. We are committed to ensuring that all staff receive training to undertake their roles both safely and well, and in compliance with legislation. We also want to help each individual to develop to their full personal potential.
- We review individual development needs at least one a year, through the performance management process
- We actively support individual training and development programmes where these support our business objectives
- We provides the necessary skills training to all employees to ensure our compliance with health and safety legislation
- We provide apprentice training in accordance with the National Skills Development Scheme
- We use industry-approved training providers wherever possible (normally the ECITB), supplemented by in-house specialist training.
