Snef and Boulting have established a new company named S&B Nuclear Services Ltd, a joint venture between the two groups that has been set-up specifically to provide a fully integrated solution for all Electrical and Instrumentation services to Nuclear New Build clients.
Both companies have a global presence covering Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, providing Electrical and Instrumentation engineering services to Nuclear, Energy, Marine, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Telecommunication, Water & Utilities Automotive and Cement sectors.

At present S&B Nuclear Services is competing for the opportunity to be involved with the UK New Build of EDF's four EPR's (European Pressurized Reactor) which will be located at Hinkley and Sizewell.
