Boulting has been commissioned by a global beverage business to expand utilities at a new manufacturing facility in Nigeria.
The world leading premium drinks supply represents an outstanding collection of alcoholic beverage brands across spirits, wines and beers. Its new packaging facility is based in Ogba and will support the clients supply operations around the world.
Boulting will supply both Mechanical and Electrical services and the full scope of work includes design, fabrication and installation of pipework, steelwork and electrical services.
Mechanical scope involves providing detailed design, fabrication and installation of a new utility pipework service at the clients new facility, including Steam, Co2, IMS, Condensate, Caustic and Water.
Boulting will undertake the full design, producing a 3D model of the installation, as well as designing and fabricating all steel work pipe bridges.
Pipework meterage of 2100m 30 inline items will be fabricated and installed over a 9 week fast track program on site at the clients Nigerian facility.
This is the first mechanical installation in Nigeria that Boulting have carried out and all mechanical works will be completed by Boulting UK personnel from Project Manager to advanced craftsmen.
